Memory Supplements: Evidence & Buyer's Guide

A practical framework for reading labels, evaluating evidence and avoiding the most common reasoning traps in cognitive-supplement marketing.

What a useful evaluation includes

Start with the exact formula and dose, then ask whether relevant human studies exist, whether the studied form and amount match the product, what safety issues matter, and whether the seller's claims go beyond the evidence.

Evidence is ingredient- and outcome-specific

“Clinically studied ingredient” is not the same statement as “this finished product was shown to work.” Multi-ingredient products deserve the same scrutiny.
